Yule is on the way.

Though it be the darkest night,

Light the fires, clean the house,

But don’t disturb Lil’ Mouse.

He just wants to keep so warm

Time to raise the sound,

There’s happiness all round,

As snows protect the ground.

The coming of the sun

Promises to bring

The flowers and the warmth,

And Joyful days of spring.
