The Saturday Psychic Sampler is where I answer specific questions. Today we had a variety of questions, including connection with a loved one in spirit, job issues and relationship questions.
One message that stood out for me was about learning not to play old tapes in our heads. When we have had abusive people in our lives the mental abuse can continue long after the relationship ends because we keep listening to those harmful words, even years later.
